Lucie works as a lawyer in the Company and Insolvency law department.
During her studies she specialized in company law. Shareholder disputes, issues surrounding the General Meeting and decision-making, as well as issues related to directors’ liability have her particular interest.
Lucie is, due to her background in sports, a jury member for the KNGU. Here, she has to make decisions in close coordination with her fellow jury members. This fits perfectly with her goal-oriented and energetic attitude.
