He has more than ten years of consultancy and litigation experience in private labour law and public civil service law. Koen also advises businesses and individuals on all civil aspects of pension schemes.
His services also consist of providing presentations to employers, municipalities and works councils on developments in the field of labour relations, employee participation and pensions. Koen has a (pro) active commitment to the interests of his clients. In addition, he combines a practical approach with his scientific interests, which transpires from his publications and lecturing which include a.o. several years in the field of collective labour law (collective bargaining law) with the post academic specialist training Labour Law, organised by Leiden University.
