In addition, Hasselaar-Veltkamp deals with issues within the law of succession, in particular the interpretation or validity of a will (disposition of will), the division of the estate, the liquidation of an estate by a liquidator, the duties of the executor, the legitimate portion, legacies, beneficial acceptance of an inheritance, the position of legitimate holders in the legal division, rights of will, accountability and the inventory.
